NETFIT is coming to the Illawarra!

What to expect? 

Our NETFIT clinics offer netballers of all skill levels the opportunity to experience life like elite netballer. 

Get your fast feet moving through our new footwork "blaster class”, sharpen your skills through specialist coaching sessions, steam and sweat in our high-energy HIIT class, learn recovery tips from the pro’s and discover the importance of well-being on and off the court. Our clinics are the perfect way to develop new skills, boost confidence, meet new friends, all while having fun and sparking it up!
Time: Our Half day clinics run for 3 hours 9am-12pm
Age:  Our clinics cater for all agers but we advise 7-15 year olds attend 
Covid Safety: With COVID:19 restrictions easing in some States and with players and teams able to gather in larger groups, NETFIT have introduced COVID:19-safe measures to be able to facilitate physical exercise, in-line with up-to-date Federal & State Government advice along with each locations own protocols to ensure safe delivery of NETFIT’S traditional fitness and coaching sessions.
Our clinics are for everyone: We are an open and diverse community, welcoming netballers of all abilities, genders and cultures to attend our clinics. First and foremost, we focus on our positive mindset before enjoying functional training, skill development and teamwork-based exercises. We’re so proud of the community that we’ve created and can’t wait for you to become a part of it!
