Dear Parents and Carers,

As the term comes to an end and we once again approach the school holidays I always like to reflect on the term that was.

It is with joy and gratitude that I can reflect on term 3 with fondness and an appreciation of what we have been able to achieve. For the first time in a very long time I feel like we have been able to open the school again to the community and authentically involve parents and grandparents in the life of the school. From reading with children to liturgies, open classrooms and art exhibitions. The smile on the children’s faces and the excitement and pride to showcase their work has been priceless.

Thank you to our community for joining us for all of these special moments and for your lovely feedback. It has been wonderful to be able to share these experiences with our community again. They all are an important part of making our school so special.

I sincerely hope that you enjoy the holidays coming up and they are an opportunity to spend time with family and friends and to recharge for the run into Christmas!

A reminder that next Thursday 22 September the Prime Minister has announced a public holiday, the school will not be open on this day.
